New Year's Eve December 31, 2010

Many people celebrated the coming of 2011 in as nearly many ways as there are people in the South East of Saskatchewan. Some just stayed home watching TV, others played games and cards with friends, some went out dancing to different communities and others had to work the evening and the night plus other celebrations.
Dancing happened for me but like the nursery rhyme I had one shoe off and one shoe on because one shoe was missing until I arrived home and walked to the house. There was my lost shoe now found. I had a dandy pair of special slippers (a Christmas gift) and they took the place of the dancing shoes through the dance.
