Dance at Kennedy Included 11 and 12 Year olds Dancing!

Saturday, March 12 , "The Happy Wanderers” band, led by Vince Waynert of Broadview, played for a crowd of about 28 people - the eight people in the band made a total of 36 people in the Kennedy Legion Hall. A lunch and “coffee” break was held about midway through the afternoon with band members and their significant others hosting it.  Everything set out for lunch was put away and music and dancing continued until 5:00. There will be another dance Saturday, April 16. Same time and place - 2:00 pm. The youngest dancers were 11 and 12 years old and there doesn't seem to be any age limit for dancing. People keep pushing that up and down!  It can be a great community get together. Got problems?  Dance them away!  Remember dance music is good for the body as exercise, good for the mind and good for the spirit as a lady in a neighboring southeast community town has stated!
