The Wasp/Hornet/Bee Busters!



Temperature- above 20 degrees Celsius BUT stiff blue jacket; at least two hats; one see through jacket over head; one lantern; one phone; rubber gloves; the black of night; no breeze;  one can of foaming white Raid in spray tin. One final phone call to dear neighbour Vicki before executing plan of attack. Out the back door groping my way in the semi dark due to my head cover to about where the troublesome nest located just above my clothesline.  I see nothing but I hear voices! They've come to my rescue!! I don't recognize because of all my covering but all I know is he's one handsome dude and she looks positively glowing!

It's my absolutely fantastic neighbours from the East and the South. The handsome dude sprayed white foam around the nest. Then everyone dispersed. Good neighbours. It's true, "Little things mean alot!"

That should be the end of those little stinging insects. Appreciated!
